Catholic High School's Sinfonietta (String Orchestra), a division under the Catholic High School Band, was established back in 2010 by Soo Jin Yun, along with Ma Song Jun (Concert Master), Sean Beh (Treasurer) and Aaron Leong (Secretary).
In 2011, Ma Song Jun stepped up to the post of Vice President 1 (President of Sinfonietta) along with the newly elected committees consisting of Zheng Wei, Sean Beh, Aaron Leong and Tze Gee. Under their leadership, Sinfonietta continued to flourish and developed to greater heights.
As per today in its 11th year since establishment, Sinfonietta is a growing uniform body in Catholic High School which consists of 109 members. The instruments we play include the violin, viola, cello and double bass.
